“AI in Action” is designed to help the audience understand practical, real-world applications of AI — not theory.

The conversation focuses on what organizations and individuals can start doing immediately, what is working in the field, and what to expect next.

Keep answers practical, concise, and example-driven

Feel free to share real cases, lessons learned, failure stories, or live insights

No slides, no presentations — just a natural dialogue

Be ready for cross-speaker interaction and bounce-off discussions

2:00 – 2:10 PM Welcome & Introductions

Moderator opens the room, introduces speakers, sets expectations.

 

2:10 – 2:40 PM

Round 1 – Individual Speaker Questions

Each speaker receives 3 curated questions (sent below).

 

2:40 – 3:10 PM

Round 2 – Cross-Conversation

Moderator triggers short debates and shared viewpoints among speakers.

 

3:10 – 3:40 PM Audience Q&A

Live questions from attendees. Moderator directs flow.

 

3:40 – 3:55 PM Practical AI Actions

Speakers each share 1–2 “immediately actionable” tips or examples.

 

3:55 – 4:00 PM Closing Remarks

Moderator wraps up and thanks speakers.
